The Italian Catholic Action, in collaboration with the Pastoral Office of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church and the Youth Coordination of the International Forum of Catholic Action, is organising a training and dialogue seminar for 50 young people from Italy, Malta, Romania, Spain and Ukraine.
The initiative aims to provide an opportunity for formation and discussion on the major social issues of our time in the light of the Social Doctrine of the Church, contributing to the development of a conscious civic responsibility, as well as the promotion of the fundamental values of peace, solidarity and the common good among the young participants.
Through talks by guest speakers, visits to local organisations and workshops, participants will be encouraged to become active leaders in their own communities, capable of fostering collaboration and dialogue even beyond the training experience.
The first days of the Seminar will be held in conjunction with the national training event of the Youth Sector of the Italian Catholic Action “Facciamo a metà? Abitare il conflitto, generare il bene”, addressed to Vice-presidents, Assistants, Councillors and members of the diocesan teams, Regional Coordinators and Assistants for the Youth Sector, and educators, taking place in the same venue on 1-3 May 2026.
The Seminar is organised with the support of Caritas Italiana.
