Saturday November 31st 2026 in Wufeng, diocese of Hsinchu
This event was organized by our county of Hsinchu and our indigenous people. Two local tribes parishioners attended Atayal and Saisyat.
They invited our parishioner to attend and perform some dance or song connected to the taking care of our healthy life.
Our parishioners and children and teachers from our parish kindergarten of the Sacred Heart profit from this opportunity to be a visible sign and witnesses of our Christian values in this multicultural Taiwanese context.
Our participation in the different sport competitions and indigenous folklore performances promoting a healthy lifestyle were the means to express our humbly part in the Catholic Action of dialogue and openness towards our local society.
Fr. Czeslaw Jerry Wojciechowski
Thanks to fr. Jerry who participated in the Conference in Rome: it was the first participation of Taiwan, diocese of Hsinchu.
