Catholic Action Austria (KAÖ) welcomes the clear words of Pope Leo XIV against the war in Iran and its escalation by US President Donald Trump. “It is high time that the negotiating tables were brought to the centre,” emphasises KAÖ President Ferdinand Kaineder. “This war has revealed a global machine of hatred that must be shut down immediately by everyone.
In fact, any war waged without restraint
is incompatible with both the law and
