Virgin of the Good News, you received the Word and you lived it out.
For this you were blessed, and history was transformed.
Virgin of the mission and of the journey.
You who brought salvation to Elizabeth’s little house
and the light of the world to the fields of Bethlehem.
Thank you for being a missionary.
For accompanying Jesus in silence
and in obedience to his word.
Thank you because your mission lasted until the cross
and until the gift of the Spirit at Pentecost,
where the missionary Church was born.
Virgin of the Mission, we too shall live in mission.
May the whole Church be renewed in the Spirit.
May we love the Father and our brothers and sisters.
May we be poor and simple,
presenting Jesus and bearing witness to his Easter.
May we, as we enter every home, bring peace,
proclaim the Kingdom, and lift up those who suffer.
May we form communities that are PRAYING, FRATERNAL and MISSIONARY.
Virgin of Reconciliation, our pilgrim Church
wishes to proclaim the faith with the joy of Easter
and to cry out hope to the world.
For this reason, she immerses herself in your silence, in your communion
and in your service.
