October 2026 | ROSARY FOR PEACE
With the particular intention that wars may cease and that peace may be established among peoples in conflict
All Catholic Action associations around the world, let us respond to Pope Leo XIV’s invitation to pray the Rosary for peace; let us involve children first and foremost, and pray as families, in our parishes and in our groups.
During the Conference we will be attending in Rome from 15 to 18 October, on Saturday 17 October we will pray the Rosary for peace at Santa Maria Maggiore during the Marian Vigil presided over by Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Secretary of State.
We will also pray for peace with St Francis on Friday evening, 16 October.
Representatives from the Holy Land and from many countries in conflict will be taking part. There are many and varied conflicts – amongst countries, within countries, and arising from serious problems within a country: let us pray and work for peace at all levels.
